Mindful Dynamic Rasa™ Yoga & Meditation for Everyone + including one workshop.

Dates: 24th Sept – 3rd Dec  + and the workshop on 1st December. 

( No class Monday 30th October Bank Holiday)

Cost: €200 (10-wks term, plus the workshop)

Note: If you’ve miss the start date, you can still join in at any time to complete remaining classes at a reduced fee. 

These paced, intention-infused classes are perfect for everyone! Suitable for beginners, mature movers, improvers, experienced yogis and anyone looking to explore and go deeper into Yoga and Mindfulness.  Classes will include gentle, yet Dynamic Rasa™ Yoga with mindful movement, flow and guided Mindfulness Meditation for an uplifting practice to nourish body, mind, spirit and soul. Come with an open-mind, ready for some challenge and expect to leave Feeling Good!

The workshop on Saturday 1 December (10am to 1pm) has us diving deeper and exploring Modern Day Mindfulness to generate joy, support health & wellness and fuel ‘be happy feel good’ energy in our lives.

A creative mix of Gently Dynamic Rasa™ Hatha Yoga and Mindful Movement leaving you feeling balanced, relaxed, recharged and lighter. This is a gentle flow Yoga 1 class which is perfect for beginners, golden oldies, or people wanting to challenge themselves to slow down their practice. Some mindful techniques are incorporated in helping you to ease you into the week ahead in the most relaxing way!

A mindful Dynamic Rasa™ Yoga Core Flow class for an energising, yet gentle and mindful practice, including core awakening & strengthening postures. Expect fun and some challenge!

ALL levels are welcome - LEVEL 1 / 2+

LEVEL 1 / 2+ is suitable for those with some solid yoga experience, yoga improvers to more experienced yogis.

Classes typically include guided 10-15 minute breathe or mindful practice and 25 minute guided meditation. Classes provide the opportunity for anyone to learn different meditation techniques and explore areas of focus.

These Meditation & Mindfulness classes are for anyone who would like to reap the benefits of taking regular headspace from the hustle and bustle of life, and who would like to learn how to bring this joy generating habit into their everyday life in small, simple and sustainable ways!
