Join Rani for 2-hours of bliss to centre, balance, re-energise and find your serenity before the festive silly season is in full swing.
You will be lead through a grounding, releasing practice, including breathe-work (prananyama), mindful yoga flow (ullola), core energising (tapas), relaxation, guided meditation to nurture and mindfulness to feel good from the inside out.
All levels are welcome.
Expect some challenge, come with an open-mind and spirit of fun.
