FULL MOON Mindful Yoga, Breathe/Bandha & Meditation WORKSHOP

The Full Moon traditionally offers a time to reflect, review and revisit personal goals and aspirations from a non-judgmental place of kindness, to invite release, relaxation and empowerment.

In this Yogarani workshop, you will be lead through a mindful, rejuvenating Full Moon inspired practice which will include awakening dimension of the breathe (prananyama) to cultivate the Yogic Breathe (Bhandas), as well as moving through gentle Yoga flow (ullola), deep Relaxation and guided Meditation to feel good from the inside out.

  • All levels are welcome, with some experience.

  • Expect some challenge, come with an open-mind and spirit of fun.

FEE: €30, or 50 euros when you book both 24 June and 29 July workshops.
