Join my Mindful Movement Yoga 1 class for a gentle, relaxing and uplifting practice to nourish body, mind, spirit and soul. This gentle, mindfully paced, intention-infused class is perfect for beginners, mature movers, experienced yogis and anyone looking to go deeper into Yoga.
